Conoe transporter This is a must for any avid conoer. It is light weight, well built and folds up small enough to put in boat easaly. I can do all the transporting by myself. November 14, 2013
Not happy so far Purchased kayak cart and after first use tube popped. Exchanged kart pumped tired up to proper pressure and tire didn't hold air for more then 5 hours. Other then that, cart worked well September 17, 2013
Great trolley Love the trolley! Sturdy and easy to use. Stinks out of the box but just leave outside for awhile. September 12, 2013
Works great The wheels for our kayak works great. We are on the other side of the street from the water and using the wheels make it easier to get the kayak down the driveway to the water. September 11, 2013
easy breakdown for in-kayak storage Assembly was quick and easy. Breakdown is quick and simple for storage onboard behind my seat. I added a hook from the cockpit opening to the inboard strap to keep the cart in place, otherwise the kayak wanted to slip out of the straps. I plan to add a cleat to the kayak to serve this purpose. Otherwise, transports nicely. Mounting the cart closer to center may alleviate the slippage, but it would reduce the manuverability I need to get down the hill to the kayak launch. August 29, 2013
great product easy to use, stable. only wish it fit in my kayaks storage bin. August 25, 2013
Poor quality This cart has inflatable tires. Plus you can't use a bicycle pump to inflate them because the air nozzle is set inside the rims, a very poor design. So off to a gas station we must go. And then one of the tires would not hold air So we returned it and went to a different store and bought a different and somewhat more expensive model. But there also was big improvement on the quality, the frame was a better metal, the straps were stronger, buckles were more durable, and it came with extra cotter pins. Furthermore the tires are foam filled so we don't have to worry about them deflating at inopportune times. What started as a frustrating experience actually turned out to be fortunate. And we are happy with our new cart. It doesn't make sense to buy a cart with inflatable tires if you plan on hauling it for longer distances, you might get stuck on a trail, and then what? OK The straps (2pcs) were missing from the box. Since I used rewards to pay part of the cost, I bought straps at another business. August 12, 2013
extra hands I'm 64 years old and can handle the 49 lb kayak 12 1/2 ft but if I am not able to park close enough to put it in the water dragging causes damage to the hull and to carry it that distance can be trying at times. This is a life saver as its like a pair of extra hands to help me get my kayak near the water saving my arms for the rowing. Of course it doesn't work well in sand or very uneven surface but worth the money spent for sure. August 7, 2013
Push it, Push it real good. Position the wheels at the end of the kayak opposite your position. Pushing, rather than pulling, with the cart seems to not need the straps. When you pull your kayak with the cart, you must strap the cart to the kayak for the wheels to not fall over when moving. I would have liked if they fit in the storage area of my kayak too.
