Fits well and is fairly cool I'm just a casual rider. But we just got the kids better bikes and they have to wear helmets to ride them. To set the example, I bought this helmet to wear when riding with them. I've never worn a bike helmet before and expected it to be uncomfortable. This one is pretty comfortable. It fits well and the straps are easily adjusted. All the vents allow good air flow so it doesn't get too hot. June 29, 2012
