AWSOME CANOE
PURCHASED THIS CANOE AND FELT IT WAS VERY STABLE AND HAD ALOT OF ROOM THE FOUR HP MOTOR PUSHED IT REALY NICELY LOOKING FOWARD TO TRAPPING WITH IT IN THE FALL. HAD IT OUT TODAY AND THE BASS WERE BITING . HAD MY SON IN THE FRONT AND HE HOOKED A BIG ONE AND NEEDED HELP . THE BOAT WAS STABLE WITH BOTH OF US IN THE FRONT WOULD RECOMEND THIS BOAT TO ANYONE LOOKING TO HIT THE SMALLER POND . BUT BEING SO LIGHT IT CATCHES THE WIND AND YOUR GONE SO PICK UP AN ANCHOR.

big heavy canoe
this is my first canoe. it's big, heavy, very stable and holds up to 850lbs. it has square stern for motor. needs at least two persons to put on the vehicle, or you could pull to water with canoe cart if stay close to shore. i also bought 4hp motor which could push full load at 8-9mph.

Excellent canoe and great value.
I haven't owned any kind of watercraft before but I think I started with a real winner. Took the family (wife & two kids ages 7 & 5) out on the local lake for it's maiden voyage and everyone was happy with it. It was very stable to the point where I could stand up in the back (even with kids moving around in it) and with lots of room too. The keel helped it track pretty straight. There was minimal effort on my part to keep the canoe going where I wanted it even with three not so perfect paddlers. I mounted an electric motor on to it which was nice when the kids started whining about being too tired to paddle. The only downside is the weight. At 118lbs it is very difficult to load and offload from the roof rack of the car even with 2 people. Definitely would recommend though.

old town saranac
This is a very nice Canoe. Took it Camping had Me my wife , Friend. and golden retriever in it with all my gear and it was very stable. i bought a mercury 4hp 2stroke motor it fit great and it pushed the canoe fully loaded upstream about 12 mph almost flipped over a kayak becuase of the big wakes highly recomended canoe
