POOR QUALITY PRODUCT!!!! Purchase this product on the way to my daughter's softball tournament. Took it out of the bag, set it up and got comfortable for the first game. My daughter came up behind me to give me a hug and got jabbed by one of the cross bars that had popped its rivet. I went back to Dicks to exchange this item and found 2 more on the shelf with rivets that were partially pulled through. Poorly made and extremely poor quality! !!! May 28, 2013

Great chair I bought this chair to watch my kids play soccer and baseball. Very sturdy chair, comfortable and has the perfect angle to sit in and watch a game (not too upright or laid back). I love the bright green color and have had many compliments on it. Price was about right for the quality. I had a lot of difficulty finding a good quality chair and this one is perfect! May 28, 2013
Good quality, excellent service I'd been looking for a folding chair to take to the grandchildren's sporting events; the sling-back chairs don't give enough support, and are hard to get out of. I found just what I wanted in the Kijaro folding chair, which has a well-supported level seat, and separately supported back. The arms also have support, so they don't slip down when you put weight on them. And the locking feature was nice. And it was a decent price, too. But when I got it home and opened it up, I found that the back legs were not correctly attached together. I took it back to trade it for another, just like it--but there weren't any more! The Dick's staff were ever so nice, and very helpful. The clerk helping me and the check-out cashier both suggested that I talk to the person who was responsible for taking and placing special orders, and he was ever so helpful.He knew exactly where to look, and asked me all the right questions, and even showed me that the special order item was on catalog-sale, which lowered the price $5.00. AND the item was shipped directly to me at my home; I didn't have to return to the store "in a week or so" to pick it up!. I'm ever so pleased with my new chair, and I will definitely recommend Dicks to friends. May 26, 2013
