Rated 3 out of 5 by Ace Rugged canteen I froze water over night in it and it held up pretty good. I take it with me when I go fishing. It could really use a belt strap holder or any other type holder, then it would be truly complete. July 29, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Seussicleus the Philosipheus The Concept of this Item Holds Water This canteen is effective in all described and publicly-maintained purposes. For instance its surface is not permeable by dihydrogen monoxide, and its single means of ingress and egress of contents is effective in the act of transferring said contents to the oral cavity. This single opening is sealed by the advanced physical anomaly of friction, and will it not be easily compromised. Tl;Dr: It does what its supposed to. Yay. July 29, 2014

Rated 3 out of 5 by carlene Not a quart... I filled it up with water and poured the contents into a 4 cup measuring cup. It only filled to the 3 cup line. May 13, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Willy Bob Good simple canteen Got this for a web belt. Very similar to the one I had on basic training - and just like the one I had in basic it makes water taste a little bit like plastic if it sits for a while. Very durable. Perfect for purifying with iodine. February 5, 2014
