Rated 5 out of 5 by Basketball heaven at the Lake Great product for a backyard playground!!
We have just purchased it at my wife's suggestion. It was a terrific idea she had. Kids enjoy the sport and are no longer bored in between daily "activities". Once again, my love had a great idea!! Try it you'll love it!

Rated 3 out of 5 by mslangley Pay the money to have some one else assemble!
My husband and I spent nearly 4+ hours attempting to assemble this hoop for our children. None of the bolts or pieces were properly labeled and it turned out to be a horrible guessing game. 3/4 of the way thru assembly we realized we used the wrong size bolt in one section and had to remove it and replace it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Al After reading many reviews, I got this one.
I bought it at my local store (Pottstown, Pa), The help from both associates was great. I took it home and assembled it in about 3 hours with help from my wife (she reads directions, I follow). All the parts were there and clearly marked. It is very solid and looks great too. Absolutely no complaints.

Rated 4 out of 5 by GMan Portable Basketball Goal
The goal is very good and thus far seems to be of good quality.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Ok product but the price is not worth the quality. Could be better at this priice
The goal is fine and is sturdy. I had to request a new lower tube part because there was not a slot cut in it to assemble correctly. No big deal. The problem is that this goal is pretty expensive and I think should have been $100 less for the quality of the backboard. It is a thin plexiglass and is a little wavy. It came preassembled so nothing that I did. The goal looks nice in the yard but when you shoot the ball against the backboard, I think people five streets over can here it. The back board could be beefed up a little and then it would justify paying $400 for the goal. Wait until the next higher up model goes on sale and you will be happier.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Erakala GREAT PRODUCT!!!!
We've had this basketball hoop for almost 7 years and never had a problem. My entire family uses it and loves it from my 4 year old daughter to my 37 year old husband. We are moving and are about to sell it and I am sad to see it go.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Richard 1 Tough to Assemble
Have not used product yet. Still assembling. The directions were Ok to assemble. The hardware is not quality. Bolts & Nuts needed to be replaced in order to assemble. The hardware is all China Made white metal. In other words JUNK.

Rated 4 out of 5 by binorx Good for the price/convenience
This is our first basketball hoop. I wanted to get the kind that bolts into the ground but was convinced that we needed the flexibility of moving it around our driveway. This model was easy enough to put together and it seems to be of good quality. Moving it and adjusting the height of the basket are both easily done.
My only complaint is the stability of the backboard. It just doesn't have that solid feel of a fixed hoop. Maybe I didn't put enough water in the base but I imagine this is just the downside of having it be portable...

Rated 5 out of 5 by Hoop purchase This store is AWESOME
The gentleman that helped me buy this hoop well exceeded my expectations. He was very attentive. He carted the hoop all the way to the front door of the store when he realized there was damage and walked it all the way back for a new one. He also wished me a happy father's day and helped me load it into my truck. Please let me know if there's a store-related survey I can take, I lost the receipt with the link on it. Thanks!

Rated 3 out of 5 by ck17 The product is good once assembled
Putting together this item was rediculous. The instructions weren't clear. Items weren't labeled per bag (ie, screw, bolts, etc). It was like a total guessing game. The bolts and nuts were ridiculously hard to screw together. Needed to use other tools not mentioned in the instruction. This item needs to be revamped in putting together. It's ridiculous.
