GOALIE GLOVE SIZING:

  • Measure the circumference of your palm just below the knuckles, excluding your thumb. Round up to the next whole inch and add 1 to the measurement. Example: 7.5" -> 8.0" +1" = Size 9
  • Measure both hands, and order the bigger size if they are different.
  • Goalkeeping gloves should be worn big, generally 1/2"-1" over the end of your fingertips.

Love 'em Bought these gloves for my daughter, age 14, who plays in the ECNL. She loves them. She does not like finger saver gloves and sometimes it is hard for her to find gloves without finger savers. She says the gloves make it easy for her to grip the ball. November 13, 2012
Ripped Stitching ripped along the thumb after the first game. The padding is still there and great but the stitching ripped to quickly. The last ones I had worked great. Buy a size bigger and you should be fine. October 16, 2012
Really Good, but not great. I love these gloves once I have them on. I played last night in the rain and they performed fantastic. They were never water logged and remained tacky throught the match. The problem I have is how tight the wrist sleeve is. I am not talking about the velcro that I can tighten as much as I want. I am talking about the black sleeve that the velcro attaches to. It is so tight. It does not need to be tight the velcro can be tightened. It is very difficult to put the first one on and almost impossible to get the second one on. I measured my hand and the gauge said size 10 was perfect and that is what I had first. Well they tore the first time I wore them. The ripped right were the sleeve is attached to the glove. So, I took them back and Dick's was very helpful and allowed me to exchange them for size 11. They are still very tight and I am afraid they are going to rip. Again, they performed great. But were a pain to put on and take off. October 16, 2012

Great performance, poor construction I bought a pair of these in the store and loved them during my game. However the first time that I wore them the back seperated from the wrist as I was removing them. So, I thought I got a bad pair. I bought a second pair that tore when I was putting them on. I checked with the store and they allowed me to return both pairs and they asked me to try again with one size larger. So I have order one size larger and I will let you know how it goes.
