Works great
I purchased four of these to stake down a gazebo I recently bought. The next night we had a decent storm come through with a fair amount of wind and the gazebo is still exactly where I put it. We have a lot of wind in the valley and I have not had a problem with these stakes.

These tent stakes stay put
When I found these a couple of years ago when I needed to hole down a tarp over a new tree during the winter and the tarp and the stakes stayed where I put them. So this year I needed more for the same reason and they have held up very well during a couple of wind storms - I lost shingles off my roof but the tarps are still where I put them.

Works well
I am very pleased w/ these stakes. They work much better than the one that came w/ the tent. Can be pushed into the ground using a foot and so far have not bent.

reliable stakes
these are very reliable tent stakes, i used them last weekend during a rain storm with very high winds , even in muddy soil they held strong!

Plastic appendages break easily
The spikes themselves are extremely strong, but if you have to use a rubber mallet to drive the spikes into hard ground, you can forget the appendages on the plastic tops. Most will not survive the first time you use them.
