Rated 4.6 out of 5 by 51 reviewers.
Rated 5 out of 5 by a must for athletes The roller identifies trigger points that other rollers can't...well constructed well worth the money, April 16, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Product Good deep muscle massage. I use it before and after a workout for more blood flow and less soreness. Plus, a good back popper if you have back problems, releases the pain. Also at first it'll be a little painful, but that's because your muscles are tense. You get used to it quickly and its cheaper than buying all the other rollers until you reach this level. March 30, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by durable The black one rumble roller is way too hard. I usually like the firmer ones but the blue one is firm and does not kill as much. Start off with this one and work up. Now getting easier to use without crying as much in sore spots. I had a firm foam roller and it broke (waste of money). This is expensive but I will not buy a foam roller again. Spend the money and you will not be disappointed. March 25, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by for the extremist The little bumps are intense. It definitely took some time getting used to but well worth it. I haven't any any problems with the bumps going flat after a couple weeks of constant use. That was my only worry when bought it. So good so far. March 25, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Hurts so good! Took a few times to get used to, now it is a pleasure after a hard workout. March 19, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent Massage Roller Very happy with my purchase. Would not hesitate to buy again. I definitely recommend this original blue version for anyone trying to decide between this or the extra firm black model. Both are excellent products but the blue one will be much better suited for most users. I own both versions and use the blue one 90% of the time. I use the black one after loosening up with the blue one and to target my glutes and quadriceps. Love them both! March 6, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great for Your Back ! I use this every morning before work for about 5 minutes. I use it primarily on my back to stretch the muscles out, increase circulation and to keep my spine flexible. It is a little rough at first but as your muscles loosen up it is quite rewarding ! Rated 5 out of 5 by Roller Thing does what it's suppose to. Good stuff. Use it daily February 25, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Hurts so Good Really works through those knots in your muscles. A little difficult to manipulate because you need to use your strength for some positions, but this thing can reach pretty much every muscle in your body. You'll find yourself creating poses to reach them all. Definitely worth the money. February 13, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Don't quit! Was uncomfortable at first, but feels great after a couple of weeks. First week I made sure I wore a thicker shirt. January 14, 2014
