Pain is worth getting rid of pain!
Haven't had this for too long but for what I have used it for, oh my goodness, a 10 minute roll was worth rolling OUT my knots. I've rolled with other rollers but this one takes only ONE painful (the nubs are quite powerful) roll and the knots are totally worked out. Worth every penny. I would advise to work up your roll considering just how powerful it is. The first time I used the rumble roller I was more sore from the strength of the nubs then I was from my sore muscles/knots. I did purchase the blue one- not as firm as the black one, but specifically because I wanted to make sure I could handle it. I made a good decision. I think for my husband as well as myself this is a great one to start with! I hesitated on the $$ but after I made the purchase and don't have to worry about being sore or tight, this is by far worth every penny.

Completely changed my post-workout recovery
I almost returned the Rumble Roller after my first use. Found it more painful than expected. My personal trainer convinced me to keep it. SO glad I listened to him. Yes, it's kind of killer, so you have to ease into it. Start by doing SMR on a basic foam roller everyday. Then add the Rumble Roller on specific body parts as they quite being affected by the basic roller. I usually use it the day after an intense leg workout (and a basic foam roller right after the workout). And any other time I feel knots or tightening of the muscles. Totally worth the investment.

Just like a deep tissue massage!
I often get headaches & I'm always looking for something to put pressure on the areas of pain, like you get during a deep tissue massage. This is the perfect thing to release the tension. I use it on my neck and shoulders mainly & it works great!

Solid, Useful
I was torn between a cheaper, flat foam roller and the Rumble Roller--and I'm glad I bought the Rumble Roller. The nubs are just hard enough to dig in and loosen up trigger points, stiffness, etc., without being *too* firm. Using it regularly has genuinely helped with tightness problems I was having after running and/or lifting.

Ouch !
My wife and daughter felt the blue Rumble roller (softest one ?)was too firm to the point of uncomfortable.I thought it felt pretty good.The black Rumble roller (the firmer one?) was a little too aggressive.

Excellent product
I've had this rumble roller for a couple of weeks now. I use this in conjunction with my other smooth roller. In my opinion, this product (and the idea) is fantastic. Money well spent.

LOVE IT!
I workout 6 days a week, the 7th day I use my rumble roller to heal up. HUGE difference. I watch TV with my family and lay on the RR. The next day I feel like I got a massage. Worth every penny!

Finally...some relief!
If you workout you need this roller. Hardcore, but well worth the price for the relief of the chronic soreness of my workout routine.
