RumbleRoller Foam Massage Roller 4.6 5 68 68
Very helpful Don't need Aleve when I use this roller. Great is the word. February 17, 2015
Painful, physically and in cost, but very effective! The product works as advertised. You feel great after a session. It really does get into the muscle. Is it painful? On a muscle knot, yes very mush so. But the relief after a session has been nothing short of euphoric. Cost is a little high for a foam roller, but I was able to find a coupon and free shipping which made me finally pull the trigger. It has been a great tool in my P90X, +, 3, Insanity, Asylum regiment. I should have bought it a long time ago for the muscle relief alone, but for what it does to the knot in my neck and shoulder it has now become irreplaceable. December 23, 2014
Very relaxing Intimidating at first. The knobs seem hard on the first attempted roll, but it really gets the job done. After the first try,it's really not bad at all. After a week,I find myself wondering if the extra firm would be even better. My 12 year old son likes it as well, he uses it daily, Can't get my wife past the first attempt, however. Knobs and diameter are a little large for neck, feet. a 4-5 inch diameter roll with smaller, closer knobs would be great for those areas Overall very happy with this December 14, 2014
Just what I needed I read many reviews about different types of rollers before I made this purchase. It seems like hardness or softness is really a personal preference. Every set of reviews I read had someone who gave it one star because they thought it was too hard or too soft. So I ended up with this RumbleRoller which got solid reviews for quality. It is plenty long, you can roll just about any part of your body with it. I've been using it the day after a hard workout when I know I have tightened up and yes it hurts a bit when I use it to remove adhesions in the muscle tissue, why wouldn't it? I have worked out routines that let me control the amount of pressure I'm putting on the muscle which let's me ease into the treatment gradually. They include a little booklet that has some illustrations of different ways of using the roller which are helpful for a start but I've modified them for my use. One thing they don't mention is that you can use the roller against a wall for your back. I think that gives you more control over the pressure than simply putting your weight on it while you're lying on the floor. I'm a cyclist so I use this more on my legs than other areas. After using it on my calves, quads and glutes I feel much more limber when I start my next workout. The fingers on the roller do a good job of reaching deep into your tissue. I have used a smooth foam roller a few times and I like this one much more. A few users mentioned an unwanted odor from the roller. I didn't even notice an odor at all so maybe they have more sensitive noses than I do. November 5, 2014
Helps with Recovery I do a lot of cycling. This the best roller product I have used to help recovery of stiff and tired leg muscles. The firmness of the "blue models" bumps are perfect for getting in the crook and crannies where the smooth models will not. Warning: If you are not a lover of deep tissue massage this may not be the roller for you. October 30, 2014
awesome I was hesitant because of the price, but it's worth every cent. September 5, 2014
Rumble roller must have I love this product. I actually bought this as a gift for a friend. Hurts but works out the kinks between massages or in place of them if not in the budget. I think any active adult needs one of these. September 3, 2014
Rumble Roller Foam Massage Roller I purchased this based on Web reviews but had to return it as it was way too hard for my sore back and legs. I ended up with a plain foam roller. Once I get past my pain and sore muscles I will probably look at this roller again as it did have trigger points that would seem to target certain places in my back that need more than a plain foam roller. My rating is based on the roller I need now, not a rating of this roller over all. September 3, 2014
Awesome roller!!! This foam roller is the best one I have had and used by far. What makes this better than most is the groooves. They help get deep into your muscles and help you roll out those tight spots in the body. August 6, 2014
Amazing muscle spasm relief Easy way to get relief if you don't have access to a massage therapist August 5, 2014
