Rated 5 out of 5áby Ready 2 Rumble I bought the Rumble Roller (Blue) because my body developed a tolerance with the smooth foam roller. When your body adapts to a certain foam roller its purpose becomes ineffective. The bumps on the Rumble Roller stimulate deeper layers of muscle and stretches your fascia more completely. It provides concentrated pressure to effectively relieve trigger points and knots. My first session with my Rumble Roller was quite painful because my body was not used to the bumps. However, I did feel less sore from my workouts as the Rumble Roller stimulates blood flow to your fascia. I suggest to roll very slow and when you feel pain or tenderness on a certain area of your body, keep the roller on that area. This will release the knot and loosen up your fascia. In the end, I am happy with my purchase and don't see that I will ever need the extra firm Rumble Roller (Black). The original blue Rumble Roller is built very sturdy and will permanently retain its shape and resiliency. I know it's a very pricey investment but it is well worth it in the long run to keep yourself healthy! March 9, 2016

Rated 5 out of 5áby great roller, the best I've used The nubs really get into areas completely missed by non-textured rollers September 8, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5áby A must have especially for lifters! I lift weights four times a week and run approximately five miles and this rumble roller is a must have for anyone in need of releasing tension in their muscles. My flexibility has decreased over the past two years because of the muscles I've gained and my lack of stretching. I've recently added this rumble roller to my post workout routine followed by stretching and my body feels the difference. For the really tight muscles, it is uncomfortable in the beginning, but the longer I hold the position the more my muscles start to relax and I can actually feel the tension being released. I highly recommend this to lifters and anyone with muscle tightness. I'm just over 5'-3" and weigh 115 lb and this roller is perfect for me versus the firmer one. June 6, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5áby FINALLY some relief! I have extremely tight gluteus maximus, gluteus minimus and piriformis muscles and not even trigger point shots have been able to loosen them up. So I went out and bought this foam roller yesterday and finally I've found relief. Today I tried to use it again and felt like I was bruised but my muscles don't feel nearly as tight as they were yesterday. FINALLY some progress!!! I think I'm going to purchase a flat foam roller to use in between the days when I feel bruised from using this but this is wonderful for DEEP tissue massages. April 16, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5áby worth the price! excellent construction, definitely will not warp. bumps really help to get into those tough to reach spots like under the shoulder blades....i think it's well worth the price. April 1, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5áby Very helpful Don't need Aleve when I use this roller. Great is the word. February 17, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5áby Painful, physically and in cost, but very effective! The product works as advertised. You feel great after a session. It really does get into the muscle. Is it painful? On a muscle knot, yes very mush so. But the relief after a session has been nothing short of euphoric. Cost is a little high for a foam roller, but I was able to find a coupon and free shipping which made me finally pull the trigger. It has been a great tool in my P90X, +, 3, Insanity, Asylum regiment. I should have bought it a long time ago for the muscle relief alone, but for what it does to the knot in my neck and shoulder it has now become irreplaceable. December 23, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5áby Very relaxing Intimidating at first. The knobs seem hard on the first attempted roll, but it really gets the job done. After the first try,it's really not bad at all. After a week,I find myself wondering if the extra firm would be even better. My 12 year old son likes it as well, he uses it daily, Can't get my wife past the first attempt, however. Knobs and diameter are a little large for neck, feet. a 4-5 inch diameter roll with smaller, closer knobs would be great for those areas Overall very happy with this December 14, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5áby Just what I needed I read many reviews about different types of rollers before I made this purchase. It seems like hardness or softness is really a personal preference. Every set of reviews I read had someone who gave it one star because they thought it was too hard or too soft. So I ended up with this RumbleRoller which got solid reviews for quality. It is plenty long, you can roll just about any part of your body with it. I've been using it the day after a hard workout when I know I have tightened up and yes it hurts a bit when I use it to remove adhesions in the muscle tissue, why wouldn't it? I have worked out routines that let me control the amount of pressure I'm putting on the muscle which let's me ease into the treatment gradually. They include a little booklet that has some illustrations of different ways of using the roller which are helpful for a start but I've modified them for my use. One thing they don't mention is that you can use the roller against a wall for your back. I think that gives you more control over the pressure than simply putting your weight on it while you're lying on the floor. I'm a cyclist so I use this more on my legs than other areas. After using it on my calves, quads and glutes I feel much more limber when I start my next workout. The fingers on the roller do a good job of reaching deep into your tissue. I have used a smooth foam roller a few times and I like this one much more. A few users mentioned an unwanted odor from the roller. I didn't even notice an odor at all so maybe they have more sensitive noses than I do. November 5, 2014
