Quality among other wedges Mizuno is not as widely-advertised as other brands, but the quality of the MP R-12 is supreme. These wedges feature a narrow sole for maximum accuracy, as well as finely-grained grooves for maximum spin. However, the blade-like nature makes it ideal for experienced golfers. These wedges are not suitable for beginners who require distance rather than accuracy. However, you wouldn't need to be a professional to use them either. April 29, 2013
Best looking wedge on the market I bought the 60 version for short shots around the green. It's great for flop shots, 70-80 yard fairway shots, and all pitch shots off tight lies. Not the best for fluffy sand shots but excellent in tour quality bunkers. This wedge has a very thin sole and I prefer something with more sole width and weight in high to very thick grass.
