Customer Reviews

Rated 3.5 out of 5 by 71 reviewers.
Rated 1 out of 5 by Terrible night pictures I have a Cuddeback Attack and it is a great camera. I bought two of the Ambush and I am very disappointed. While the day light pictures are good, all the night time photos are severely blurred. I am not talking about deer running by. These deer are just walking but you can't tell what their rack looks like due to he blurred photos. Very upsetting. I checked their website to see if they had an update that fixed this but they did not. I called and told them what was happening and they said "Sorry, that's just the way it is." September 20, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Time will tell. Too soon to tell really. Will see how it acts a year or so down the road. So far, not bad. September 16, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by Doesn't take pictures I bought two of these cameras and got nothing on them. I thought I was doing something wrong so I made some adjustments and left the camera for a few weeks in the woods and still nothing. So I hung my moultrie camera on the tree next to the cuddyback and left it for a few more weeks. When I returned to check the cameras my moultrie had pictures and nothing on the cuddyback. Lesson learned always go with what hasn't failed you. Moultrie always reliable for me. September 12, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by this camera takes nice pics! so far iv'e only been using the camera about 2 weeks and it seems to take nice photos! this is the 3rd different camera i've tried and i can't wait to check the next batch of pics to see what it captured! i'm pretty bad when it comes to working with electronics and if i can figure it out then anyone can! Rated 5 out of 5 by top picture quality this is by far the best quality camera for the price and it was my first cuddeback purchase, and I will buy this one again September 9, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by Outdated, makes a noise I had the setting on video which automatically takes a picture and every video is of the deer jumping and looking at the camera then running away, I wish I could return it. The night video and picture is very grainy and hard to tell what you're looking ar. September 9, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by So far so good. My daughter just bouight an Ambush four weeks ago. We put it in the yard to try and catch some low lifes that had been breaking into our cars. It took great day pictures and acceptable night pictures. Put it in the woods two weeks ago and it has been fine. I just bought mine two weeks ago. The trigger speed is better than any camera I've had before. It is extremely easy to set up. I like that it doesn't as many LED settings. Less to go wrong. I have my fingers crossed that it will preform like the Cuddeback name. September 3, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by cuddeback Best cameras on the market won't own anything else September 2, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by Stupid design I did not even try this camera out. I returned it right away. The design made the camera not practicable for use in the woods. The controls are in the back. So you would have to take the camera off the tree every time you wanted to check it. I usualy leave my camera on the tree for weeks. I only come every week or few days to check the card and maybe rotate on the tree. I don't have time to take the camera off the tree every time I need to check the card. It says easy to use in the field. HARD to use in the field. August 20, 2014
Rated 2 out of 5 by One last try for cuddy... My camera is out hopefully taken pictures... I've had cuddies in the past three to be exact and all three are worthless! I have 23 cams out right now... Moultrie seems to fair the best ... then browning and then trail guard... problem with cuddy is when you have a problem and you call they could care less... I'm tryin ONE last time (only because the cam was on sale and I had an extra $30 off... so we shall see hope it works better than the old ones... as for recommending the proof is in the pudding!
