Cuddeback Ambush IR Scouting Camera 4.2 5 9 9
Great Camera Great camera, sense I bought my first one I have bought 2 more. April 17, 2013
So far, terrific! Had a Cuddeback several years ago I was not happy with due to the short battery life. This camera is MUCH improved! Didn't give it excellent marks because I haven't had it long enough to varify durability but pictures are clear, fast trigger speed, simple to use, and the battery life is very respectable. Only thing I'd like is a strap that would tension a little better, it won't really snug up to the tree and hold. Very satisified so far. March 7, 2013
one great camera this is the 3rd cuddeback i haqve purchased in 2012-2013 and i am well pleased ,the trigger speed and clairty of pictures from this camera is great, well worth the extra money that they cost February 20, 2013
Worst Purchase Ever I purchased the Attack IR camera in December 2011, since that time the camera had to be sent back to Cuddeback three times for repair and I am getting ready to send it in for repair a 4th time. The camera takes poor quality pictures and if the game is moving past the camera you will definitely have motion blur so bad that you can't even count the points on a typical buck walking past your camera. I have discussed this with Cuddeback and they basically said that is the best an IR camera will do. For any serious hunter I would not recommend this product, not any camera from Cuddeback unless you want your camera be sent back and forth in the mail as opposed to taking pictures in the woods. The name says it all I purchased the Cuddeback Ambush IR because of the reputation they have. All of the comercials say good things about it. I havent had a chance to set it up and use it yet. Ibought it after deer season,it was on sale for a real good price. It has the genius mount system . I wasnt able to get the tilt brkt to slide over both of the thumb screws on the back of the camera. I called cuddeback and spoke with a knowledgable support person.I told her the bracket would not slide in the groove on the thumbscrew that holds the UI door closed. She mailed out a new screw at no charge , and that fixed the problem.Planing on buying another Ambush IR and the swivel Brkt to go on it. Thanks to the support person at Cudeback. January 20, 2013

Cuddeback IR Love the camara I got made by cuddeback ,,,,have allready found a Buck of a life time Just out my Back door ,,have used other trail camara's Nothing ever like this one ,,, November 15, 2012
seems ok Product seems to be ok for head on shots , and they have to be close. it reads to set up not on trail but off and do like a side shot and it picks things up that way. well I have it hanging in a well whitetail traffic area and i'm not getting photos, maybe the deer have not been there, i'm getting shots of me checking camera which means it's working ok for me. set up was faily easy. Cuddeback Ambush IR VERY EASY to use So far so good with the Ambush. I was considering other, less expensive cameras, but I was given a Dick's gift card for $50 bucks and decided to upgrade to a Cuddeback. It is SUPER easy to set up and takes great day and night time pics. I inadvertently set it to the pics/video setting and got both a picture and 10 second video...pretty cool! I changed it though to just pics as I thought the extended exposure to the IR lights would spook the deer. I like it and would definitely get another. October 16, 2012
