Rated 5 out of 5 by Yogagirl Like a Deep Tissue Massage The RumbleRoller works great to get the lactic acid build up out of my sore muscles. Warning though it is very painful if you have tight muscles. It left lots of finger like bruises on my legs and it took days of trying before I was actually able to use it without severe pain. That said it was worth the pain because I am starting to feel much looser & continue to use it nightly. September 9, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Banana So Helpful This roller is really great. I roll everything out when I'm really sore and when I wake up the next morning my muscles are ready to go again. September 3, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Rob4369 Great for travel This roller is small enough to stick in a small bag but tough enough to give a good massage. I would not travel without it. August 27, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Lathe I give it a 5 star rating stretching back very well Stretch out my back very well I love it. If my back hurts, it straightens it out and when I am finished with it my back feels great. August 19, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by pnabs Gets in deep! I used several different rollers and I will say that this roller gets deeper into the tissue than any smooth roller does, which may be something to consider. If you have a high tolerance for true deep tissue massages, then this is the roller for you. August 6, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by paws22 You get what you pay for I think it is pricey for foam but it is well made and does the trick. August 5, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by dlf It is a good item, but more expensive than it should be. I have one for the office and my home. But I cannot get anyone else interested in buying one because they are probably twice as expensive as they should be when compared to others. I think this is better than any of the others, but at $50 for a foot long roll of plastic/rubber, I see their point. July 30, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Michael Amazing Best purchase I've made in a while. Been having back pains from driving a lot, when I use this I have little to no pain or tightness in my back or neck. July 22, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Thesafestlie Amazing This thing is fantastic. I mean, rolling is torture, and on this thing particularly so, but I feel SO much better afterwards. Definitely worth it. July 8, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by dlf7800 Perfect for my sciatica issue. This roller is the first I have ever tried - on a recommendation from a friend - and it works well for me. The "knobs" press in and do a deep tissue massage of sorts, and the thing really seems to relax my back muscles. I "massage" (by rolling with my body weight) wherever I have pain, and after a couple of days I stopped having to deal with sciatic pain down the back of my leg. The buddy who recommended this said that the same thing happened to him. Kind of expensive for a piece of plastic, but it hasn't become "mis-shaped" and does work well. I do it for a few minutes each morning and evening. Love having no pain, after 3 years of dealing with it. June 25, 2014
