Not sure if we needed the big one
My husband and I bought the larger size. He thought it would be better. I'm not really sure we needed the largest one. He has rather large muscle knots in his lower back and I have them in my butt and my neck. I'm sure the smaller one would have been just fine. Either way, we really like it. The little knobs dig right in to all the spots and relieves the pressure. I thought it would feel good on my back, but I actually found it hurt a little bit, so I just stick to the ares that hurt. Definitely a good purchase and I suggested it to 2 people already.

gotta love pain
I thought harder the better 35% firmer great....I love pain bring it on. Should of got the blue one. Little pricey but should last a long time. Wish I could of tried them out side by side before I bought this one. Schaumburg only had the blue one and Geneva only had the black. Will still use it but going to buy the Blue one for Christmas..

Works as advertised! Hope u lov pain!!!
Rumble roller is basically a foam roller that allows you penetrate better into trouble spots including your shoulders, lower back, hip flexors or anywhere else you may be having tightness. This is definitely an advanced roller and i don't recommend starting out with this roller whatsoever. Trust me, if your new to foam rolling this WILL be to much. That being said i do highly recommend starting to foam roll with a regular model (one that's a little softer/without nubs).

Great for tight muscles
I love my rumble roller helps helps me relax those really tight and hard to reach muscles. I notice the flexibility right after each session.

Too Hard, Get the BLUE one.
I have used the hardest conventional (smooth) foam roller for the last three years. I bought the hard Rumbleroller thinking I was an expert. Wrong! It was excruciating! I tried it a few times to "toughen up" but it was not pleasant. I went back to the store and they courteously let me exchange the hard one for the normal blue one. Much better! The regular Rumbleroller is fantastic for hamstrings and calves especially, areas where I've found conventional smooth rollers a bit ineffective. The Rumbleroller is a great secondary roller that complements a smooth one. Having both covers all the bases. The item is super high-quality as well.
