It truly is a cold weather jacket! Yea Fantastic. It blocks out the wind just like they said. I wear it with a good warm 3/4 zip shirt underneath this jacket. I have been running in 20 degree weather with cold winds and this keeps my arms and chest very warm. It runs a bit small in the arms/shouldersI normally wear a medium, and I should have bought a large, but I kept it any way, as it does the job and I didn't want to take the time to return it Plus I think my arms are larger than most so that may be why it is a bit snug. But good about being snug is that it doesnt let the wind up underneath! Its a great color too which is a bonus. I don't dread running in the cold anymore with this jacket. I am sure I will be able to get away with a short sleeve running shirt under neath when the temperatures warm up above 40 and still weare the jacket. January 8, 2013
