Rated 2 out of 5 by 2 reviewers.
Rated 1 out of 5 by Waste of time. I used this product daily for a week straight. At the end of the week my back hurt 10 times worse than before I bought the back stretch bench. Don't wast your time and money on this product. September 10, 2016
Rated 3 out of 5 by Honest appraisal Over all the product looks like a great idea. BUT....................... The board has next to NO padding on it. Laying on it is like laying on the hard ground. My remedy........... Make a padded cover for the board and adding a pillow for head support. It is designed to be used on the floor. I am 82 years old and getting down on the unit is difficult and painful. Getting back up is even worse. Any benefit from using the back board is negated by the hassle of getting on and off. My remedy.................... I am making a "riser stand' to elevated the bench to chair height. When my remedies are implemented I will let you know how things are working. August 25, 2016
