It's a plastic trowel
If you don't know what this is used for, you might want to re-think going camping.

Good B.I.F.F. Trowel
Lightweight, useful tool when it's time to dig that B.I.F.F. (Bathroom In Forest Floor). Worked well in sand, but I have my doubts about hard or rocky soil.
