A low profile plastic shin plate protects the front of the shin, inside of the leg and anklebone while the removable metatarsal guard protects the top and inside of the foot. Awesome
1) Great product, light weight, easy to put on and take off quick, sleek design. 2) Took a couple a/b's to get used to having some object strapped to your leg. 3) I am a very fast runner, this product did not slow me down a bit. 4) I am in little league, best investment I've made in baseball. You can't always trust a 11 year old throwing a fastball, or anything low :-/
