Works as intended So far I've used these for a couple of swims and they do a great job. My shoulders aren't strained and I can feel the extra pulling. When I take them off my hands tend to cup as though I have the paddles on. I only rated "good" because I haven't used them a whole lot. Overall I'm very happy! December 10, 2012

Great Hand Paddles!!! As a triathlete, your abilty to pull through the water is very important. I have used other hand paddles in the past and they always fell off or made my wrists hurt. Therefore, I was reluctant to use them very often. These ErgoFlex paddles are great. The small size is perfect for women with smaller hands. June 4, 2012
Swim wit da fishes I use these to train for an upcoming beginner triathlon in May. I found it helps strengthen my shoulders, biceps and triceps a little more. How do I know you may ask. It hurts the next day or while I am swimming. Great product and I plan on using it while I swim in the future. Good to mix it up in the pool every now and then. April 16, 2012
Just what the doctor ordered I had rotator cuff surgery five months ago. Have been using these paddles for about 30 days.
