Rated 3 out of 5áby PapaBob This product may be overrated I took my new bag on a two-night trip to Desolation Wilderness above Lake Tahoe on 6/17 - 6/19. We slept in a tent, and the temperature dipped to about 32-33 at night. I was warm at first, but in the middle of the night - both nights - I awoke because I was cold. I don't think this bag is good below about 35 degrees, certainly not down to 20! June 21, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5áby reggaejim Good length This is the first sleeping bag I've purchased in probably twenty years. The length was good. I'm 6' tall and bought the large and there are still a few inches in the bottom to work with. I'm a pretty burly guy, not fat too fat but broad shouldered and the sides are tight but manageable. On the bright side it does pack down quite nicely and it is very light as well so in that sense it is great for backpacking. I only tested it out in the house but at about 67 in the house I was boiling by the time I got it all the way zipped up. As others have mentioned the glowing zipper is handy. All in all a good choice for my uses. May 29, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5áby rapplebee North Face Cat's Meow 20 degree synthetic Only taken it on one trip so far but it did well on a cold (~35 degrees) windy night. Wish it was a bit lighter but I am 6' 8" tall and need the extra tall version. April 8, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5áby nckvje1982 Very warm. I bought this to replace my old m65 military sleeping bag which was heavey and very bulky. 1st night use slept alone in a one person tent. The temp dipped to 15░f and was extremely warm all night long. I'm also5'8 heavy set and found it rroomy. Only wish more padding but with a sleep roll I slept very comfortable all night. Can't wait till my next trip in January up the Poconos . November 26, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5áby Pottsy Great product after lots of research a superb sleeping bag which has proved to be warm, comfortable and with the quality expected from North Face... The weight and size when rolled are outstanding without compromising the 20f offered from this bag... I also like the two bags its cones with, one being a tight tool up bag for walking/ hiking with and the other a big loose bag for just throwing it into to give more space in the tent or to air out... I did lots of research, paid a little more than budgeted but got everything and more from this mummy bag... If ur 6ft tall go for the long, it's worth it for the extra 6 inches in length..
