Mizuno Men's Wave Enigma 2 Running Shoe (VERY GOOD!) Like most I run to stay in shape and for fun. As long as there is a trail or road I can do my body good without a costly gym membership. I'm 36 years old but have done some damage to my body over the years so I don't run as fast as I once did. This shoe is great for people like me that Pronate to the inside when they run and the feel of this shoe seems to have a custom fit. The impact to my legs and body is limited by the wide base of the shoe at the toes and it (tapers) contours to the heel. You can run for both distance and speed if you choose and the shoe holds up over time as long as you swap out the insert. I have ran many marathons in my life and wore many shoes; you simply can't beat this shoe. One word to describe= Awesome! Pro's= Comfort is great, holds up over time, minimal impact to body Con's= Price(but who cares), replace the factory insert ASAP (before first run) May 15, 2013

Great shoes... I love Mizuno shoes. I have used the Wave Creation 13 for years. This was my first foray out of the Wave Creation and it turns out, these are really awesome. Super cushioned with a huge toe box. January 15, 2013
