ASICS Women's GEL-Nimbus 14 Review
I don't really enjoy shopping, but I put a lot of time and effort into finding a good pair of shoes to wear for my job, which requires many hours of walking on carpeted concrete floors. One factor that made this search so difficult, even after finding the GEL-Nimbus 14 that were SO comfortable, was that there were none available in any neutral colors. I work in retail, and wanted something in navy/black/charcoal to go with a variety of jeans or other pants, but everything in this brand was in loud, gaudy colors.
While the comfort of these shoes is incredible, I'm not happy with the looks of the pair I chose. However, I settled on them because they were the least glaring of any of the options offered. Please keep in mind that customers need a variety of colors to choose from.

Disappointed.
Bought these for work-- I'm a nurse. After 3 days my feet hurt and so I ordered the Mizuno Wave Creation 13 and passed the Asics down to my daughter :(

Looks Good
Love the look of this shoe. However the part of the shoes at the toes has a bulky part that rubs your feet. I had to loosen the laces at that part of the shoe in order for this not to happen. It could be a fluk with this pair of shoes. I like the in-sole of the shoe it is comfortable. I am on my feet for hours at a time and needed something comfortable I do not have much of an arch to speak of so this was a good pair for me since most sneakers have a high in-sole. Now that I have gotten the problem solved with my toes I am not having much of a problem with them and would reccommend them to my friends. They are a bit pricey, glad I got them on sale.

Awesome!
I was crazy enough to decide late the night before to go get new shoes for a 5K. My other shoes a were too worn for the slick weather for the 5K early the next morning. To my surprise...these shoes were AMAZING, fit perfectly, never slipped in the misting rain. I didn't even get a blister. I will be buying Asics from now on.
