I have always walked and done some yoga to try to stay fit. In the past year I have started to run and have been looking for a good running shoe. I have ordered several pair (expensive) and always returned them., until now. Love this shoe! Very comfortable. I enjoy running even more. They are vented without being obvious so you're feet stay cool. They are true to size and I got them for a VERY reasonable price. I have already recommended to a couple people, so if you're thinking of buying them.. Do it! Happy running:)

Rated 3 out of 5 by Emmy This product needs more cushioning.
I like that this shoe is light weight but because of that, there is not as much cushioning. I am a heel-to-toe runner but this shoe doesn't allow for that and encourages me to run on the ball of my feet mostly. The mesh is great...breathable and comfortable for walking but not so much for running. The material that the soles are made of "slaps" the ground instead of absorbing the shock of the step. It's good for dirt running but not blacktop or concrete surfaces. I would prefer a more absorbing sole over a light weight shoe personally. Otherwise, it's an ok running shoe. After my first run, the soles started peeling, too.

Rated 5 out of 5 by runningmom great running shoe
This is my second pair of these. They are very light and airy which I like. There is not much padding so I replace the insoles with Dr. scholls womans athletic inserts. I run 25 miles week 3-10 miles at a time and I have no problems. These replaced a pair of new balance shoes I had gotten because of right heel pain....but the new balances were so uncomfortable I couldn't wear them for running and they were over a100 dollars. These shoes are more reasonably priced and more comfortable. I was hoping the laces glowed in the dark but they don't. Overall great running shoe.

Good basic shoe for training, but I wouldn't purchase again to use for a race.

Rated 4 out of 5 by RedT I lvoe me some Saucony Outduels
I happened upon the Outduel about 12 months ago, when Saucony changed the style of the Kirvara series. Since they were inexpensive (so far as running shoes go), I figured I would give them a try and I love them!
They have a nice roomy toebox for my Fred Flintstone feet, and a low profile - not quite a minimal shoe, but not too cushy either.
I don't know if it is because they are less expensive or because I have Fred Flintstone feet (prolly the latter) but they wear out at my little toe (this is a similar problem I had with the Kirvaras, but the Kirvaras took longer to wear through). I can get about 4-5 months of running out of a pair depending on what I am training for, so I am on my third pair.
I also love the purple and neon yellow - no boring running shoes for me!

One of the most comfortable and light pair of shoes I've ever bought. These shoes were far less expensive then the other big name brands I tried. Love the color as well and have received many compliments on them. I bought a second pair to use when traveling.
