The cavity's floating Custom Tuning Port (CTP) structure stabilizes the face and the aluminum badge with elastomer heel and toe sections produces both a solid feel and sound. The CTP reinforces a 10% thinner face and controls distances while saving weight, which was added to the back flange.

Give these a try! I'm a high handicap golfer and needed a quality club for consistency. Over the last 5 months I have tried the TM burner 2.0, 3.0, rocketballz, burner plus, Cobra S3, S3 max irons and by accident Ping G20's. All are quality clubs, however none hit as straight as the Pings with "consistency". I had been using an older set of cheap wilsons and struggled with improving so I decided I needed an upgrade. The forgiveness of the Ping G20's are incredible I played one round so far and if the ball is hit decent on the club face it flies right down the middle with a high trajectory. The quality seems to be good and I feel confident with these irons. The price was more than I wanted to spend but I used the dicks credit card and got 10% off. I'm glad I decided to get these because I have no regrets and already see improvement. May 4, 2013

Best irons I have ever hit ! These irons are everything I hoped they would be. You have to totally mishit these irons not to get a good result. Easy to hit on a tight lie, even wedges. Put the club head on the ball solid and you will get a good result. Only regret I have is not buying them sooner. I also believe being fitted for proper lie has helped. March 30, 2013

You can't go wrong with PingG20 I decided to upgrade from my old clubs the TM Burner Plus. I hit the Callaway RazR Black, Cobra Amp, TM Rocketballz, TM R11's, Nike VRS, and Titleist AP1. NONE of these felt as pure and had the distance that the G20's had! Words just can't describe them and how they feel. I was hitting my 7 iron 170-180 yards, but struggled some with control on them. First swing from the Ping G20 was hit 174 and dead down the middle. I was shocked so I hit 4-5 more shots and they all went down the middle. Then I hit the 4 iron G20 and wow 210 yards and again DEAD STRAIGHT! These clubs are unreal and really get the ball up in the air fast. If your looking for a set of clubs that offers forgivness, workability, and distance please look no further these clubs have it all!! October 20, 2012
Great Set These are my first set of Ping irons and overal Id say Im pretty impressed. They are really solid. When you hit a shot off the toe the head doesnt twist or shake. The offset is great but is sometimes hard to line up straight. Because of this I have been hitting some shots to the right. I shot a 42,43,43,45 so these clubs helped a lot from my 49 avg. Although I did shoot a 56 the first 9 I played it took that to get used to them. Overall a really great club. August 7, 2012
