Rated 4.1 out of 5 by 38 reviewers.
Rated 4 out of 5 by Heavy, but excellent quality and design I was using a very unstable craigslist special for my first climber and that led me to invest in this summit stand. I haven't used the top of the line summit stands so I can't say it's the best, as there are better versions, but this stand is excellent for me. It is heavy, but I consider it part of my conditioning. I plan on adding padding to the straps, but other than that, it works as intended. Super secure on tree and easy to ascend and descend. I shoot recurve and had no problem leaning on the rail to get my bow in good position. I can stand and sit very quietly, even adjust the straps on the seat and platform if it's too large of a gap on the tree while I'm up and still feel safe. Didn't use the provided harness, used my own from other stand with prussit knot safety line (easy to move). looking forward to many hunts with this stand. I can set up and scoot up the tree in minutes. November 22, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by love it Even though i hunt with a recurve and my range of movement is limited due to the shooting bar, which i have eliminated that prodlem by standing most of the time and setting top part of climber all the way down on platform, i still love it. Super quiet and very comfortable while sitting. October 24, 2015
Rated 1 out of 5 by not for me way too heavy and I don't feel like the bottom locks in good on tree, wish I never bought it October 12, 2015
Rated 4 out of 5 by summit classic heavy and the carry straps need more padding, But well built and assembly is not complicated. October 6, 2015
Rated 4 out of 5 by Good piece of gear Easy to use and understand, packs away for storage and transport well. Very comfortable and stable. September 30, 2015
Rated 4 out of 5 by great buy for your money Great stand ....easy to use...very sturdy! Only downfall is its a lil heavy but if thats an issue jus fork out a tad more money and get the aluminum model September 3, 2015
Rated 4 out of 5 by great product Easy setup, this is my first climber and I love it. It only took me one or two times to feel like I had been doing it for years. Also once it is set in the tree it is extremely stable. I have not once felt unsafe. The only drawback is the platform barely extends to your feet when sitting. Plenty of room standing though. It could also use a pouch under the seat or on the frame to hold the anchor straps when climbing and gear once set. November 19, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great for the price...$$$ This is my first tree was a recommendation from more experience hunters then myself....could not pass up the great deal.... November 18, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by the product is bad the tree stand is made for a person 5 feet tall weighing no more than 150 pounds October 28, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Good Stand, that could be GREAT! Let me start by saying this is my first climbing stand. I looked around and almost pulled the trigger on a more expensive stand, but figured this would work. Out of the box it was ready to go. You just need to watch the videos. ;) Pros: Sturdy Packs easy Carries well QUIET! Cons: Foot platform could and should be larger Seat isn't wide (not an issue for me, but larger folks might have to worry. I am 5'10" 185lbs) October 21, 2014
