Heavy and scratches easily The bocce balls are described by circumference and I purchased 107mm balls to replace the set in my 55+ community. Each ball is over 4 ounces heavier than the old set. Everyone noticed the difference - so far only on negative complaint. However, after only two weeks of play, the outside is scratched and marred. I will try a multisurface cleaner to see if I can preserve the appearance. I bought this set because the players wanted a change from the red/maroon and green balls we had. Neon colors and sets with 4 different colors were not suitable so I picked the red (really orange), blue and white. Would not recommend. May 4, 2013
Disappointing product but good service When I received the set, the bocci balls looked fine but the wooden crate designed to store and carry the balls fell apart as I took it out of the box. I sent it back and customer service was helpful in expetiding shipping another set right away at no charge. The crate that came the second time was worse than the first. Seems to be a flaw in design and poor construction. Getting my money back. August 23, 2012
You can roll with this one These bocce sets are being used on clay-grit courts.They feel comfortable to all our senior players and roll nicely.However,they do scratch up easily,but I believe most bocce balls do the same. July 9, 2012
