Rated 3.3 out of 5 by 36 reviewers.
Rated 1 out of 5 by not worth it it didn't help with the purpose of giving a better grip, it actually dug into my hands more and still slipped! October 18, 2012
Rated 1 out of 5 by dont buy not good for crossfit workouts especially pullups. When you sweat it slips and is useless August 15, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by funny looking but do the job I have now used these for about 2 months, you do get a better grip with most exercises like pullups and curls but i still prefer gloves when doing bench presses and other heavy items. It also will leave temporary marks on your hands when using them. July 16, 2012
Rated 1 out of 5 by Slippery The grip did great as far as sticking to the bar but the problem was it wouldn't stick to my hand. If your hands are even a little bit slippery you'll slide right out of them. January 29, 2013
Rated 2 out of 5 by Needs improvement This product could use a neoprene lining on the inside so the grooves do not dig into your hands. October 16, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Pure comfort in weight lifting. They do exactly what I need them to do. I get the grip that I need and they protect the palms and base of my palms. I had an operation a year and a half ago at the bottom part of my palm on my left hand and it is painful when I am benching higher weights. I feel no discomfort whatsoever when I use the Training Grips. I couldn't be happier with the product. July 2, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by This product is great!!!!! I'll probably never buy another pair of workout gloves again..... February 20, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Works differently, but not any better than gloves These are super fast to put on and take off, so if your exercises consist of such activities, you'll find these useful. Otherwise, I don't find them any better or worse than gloves. Due to their shape, it can be a little more difficult to get your hands into some Powerblocks, but that's not an issue for other dumbbells. These have a very grippy rubbery texture than provides good grip. The inside (facing your hand) isn't smooth though, so it actually creates more pressure wherever the texturing is, but it's not excessively uncomfortable. I still give a slight nod to gloves, but these aren't bad if you're unhappy with gloves, find them too sweaty, or need to frequently remove them to do other activities. August 29, 2013
Rated 1 out of 5 by Too fat Too fat. Hard to grip around bar when doing pillups May 7, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by The product is great I've had a pair before. I ordered them based on the comfort I've had with them before March 5, 2013
