Customer Reviews:

Rated 3 out of 5 by 24 reviewers.
Rated 3 out of 5 by Too rough. These would provide great grip except that the part that your hand rests against isn't smooth. I tried them for deadlifting and the backs of my hands had groves from the pads. Overall would be ok for light lifting but not recommended for heavier lifts. August 12, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Pure comfort in weight lifting. They do exactly what I need them to do. I get the grip that I need and they protect the palms and base of my palms. I had an operation a year and a half ago at the bottom part of my palm on my left hand and it is painful when I am benching higher weights. I feel no discomfort whatsoever when I use the Training Grips. I couldn't be happier with the product. July 2, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by worth it Better grip and reduced slip. I feel a reduced pressure on my wrist May 20, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by Great concept, poor execution. I came into the store looking for some weightlifting gloves, and my eye was drawn to these. They look like part of a rubber shoe sole fitted to your hand - a little odd, but I thought they were cool. I don't have an issue with grip, but pain from the textured dumbbell bar digging into my hands when lifting. I was hoping these would help, but in fact the discomfort was made significantly worse. There are rows of little ridges on the inside which dig into your palms when lifting - the heavier the weight, the more pain. I got these primarily for deadlifts/squats. After one session with them, I brought them back and got some traditional Harbinger gloves for $5 cheaper which work like a charm. Unless you've got palms like rawhide, you might want to steer clear of these puppies. May 6, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Very good Product(Must Buy) I went to a store in Miami to pick up one of these and once I started to do a workout with these, it was easier to have grip. For anybody that needs grip doing pull ups or even weight lifting, this is a better product than gloves. May 1, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Simple and effective Love this product, makes losing your grip doing pull-ups a thing of the past April 16, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by The best product ever !!! This is an amazing product. Works better than any pair of gloves, it's easier to use, The grip will never slip, it will last forever and it doesn't smells or needs to be wash like gloves. I advice you buy the right size. MAGNIFICENT to say the least. March 8, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by Horrible product Slips out of my hand. Horrible grip. Fitting was loose as we'll . I wouldn't recommend this to anybody . March 2, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by This product is great!!!!! I'll probably never buy another pair of workout gloves again..... February 20, 2014
Rated 2 out of 5 by Wouldn't recommend Like others, I found the material too hard. The rubber would either lose grip or you'd squeeze it so hard that the hard rubber grips would feel just as rough against your hands as grabbing the bar itself.... So why waste my time putting these on if it felt the same and was less effort to use nothing. A nice new approach for grip but it just didn't work. Maybe with some tweaks but not this pair. The grips were also not great for when trying to move quick from one exercise to the other as they would often slip or shift. January 18, 2014
