Good grip for push and curl exercises I used them curling, benching and military and they added that not slip grip which made me feel that i had better control of the weight. I tried using them for deadlifts and reverse curls and had the opposite effect. December 15, 2014
Good grip, bad shape and material. This works great for when lifting no matter what;yet, the material is not the best. It lost its shape after a couple of sessions at the gym ad sweats when it's supposed to not do so and make it easier for you to grasps onto weights. December 3, 2014
Saw similiar product on Shark Tank. Product provides more support for the hands when performing exercises such as; bench press, shoulder press, associated exercises. The only negative is the surface that is in contact with the hands has ribs, and under pressure, leaves indents in hands. Also, I prefer leather gloves when performing push-ups, pull-ups, and curls due to the welts left on the hands from the pressure. December 3, 2014
Great Product Great product with great grip and overall protection for your hands from getting calluses. Only fault in my opinion, is that I wear a large in every other type of glove, so I bought a large but wished I had bought a medium, the material seems to stretch a bit and becomes loose. Great grip but I want women's size This has improved my grip doing deadlifts, pull ups etc. I give it a 3 star only because they don't have this for women, I bought a small size in men size and it's a bit big on my girly hands. November 5, 2014
Too rough. These would provide great grip except that the part that your hand rests against isn't smooth. I tried them for deadlifting and the backs of my hands had groves from the pads. Overall would be ok for light lifting but not recommended for heavier lifts. August 12, 2014
Pure comfort in weight lifting. They do exactly what I need them to do. I get the grip that I need and they protect the palms and base of my palms. I had an operation a year and a half ago at the bottom part of my palm on my left hand and it is painful when I am benching higher weights. I feel no discomfort whatsoever when I use the Training Grips. I couldn't be happier with the product. July 2, 2014
worth it Better grip and reduced slip. I feel a reduced pressure on my wrist May 20, 2014
Great concept, poor execution. I came into the store looking for some weightlifting gloves, and my eye was drawn to these. They look like part of a rubber shoe sole fitted to your hand - a little odd, but I thought they were cool. I don't have an issue with grip, but pain from the textured dumbbell bar digging into my hands when lifting. I was hoping these would help, but in fact the discomfort was made significantly worse. There are rows of little ridges on the inside which dig into your palms when lifting - the heavier the weight, the more pain. I got these primarily for deadlifts/squats. After one session with them, I brought them back and got some traditional Harbinger gloves for $5 cheaper which work like a charm. Unless you've got palms like rawhide, you might want to steer clear of these puppies. May 6, 2014
Very good Product(Must Buy) I went to a store in Miami to pick up one of these and once I started to do a workout with these, it was easier to have grip. For anybody that needs grip doing pull ups or even weight lifting, this is a better product than gloves. May 1, 2014
