Rated 5 out of 5 by no pain no sliding i have tried plenty of gloves and straps, and they all did not work out with me. however these grips are the best thing ever for lifting weights. GO AHEAD FOR IT WITH OUT THINKING. February 12, 2015
Rated 4 out of 5 by Good product, easy and comfortable grip during workouts Good product, allows a comfortable non slip grip allowing for proper workout February 3, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Application These alpha training grip are a phenomenonal product for any bar calisthenics orientated workouts. They do not pinchlike rregular gloves at the point where fingers meet your hands; not when performing pullups or muscle ups. January 28, 2015
Rated 3 out of 5 by Protects hands well, but also get in the way I went in looking for the standard leather grips, but they didn't have any in my size, so I got these. They do indeed protect the hands from rips, but they're very thick, and don't allow you to "feel" the bar as well. I've used them for pull-ups (strict and kipping) and toes-to-bar sets. They do slip on and off easily, which comes in handy in a for-time workout. So far they've worked OK, but I've already ordered some leather grips to use, and will keep these as back-ups. Get them if you need full hand protection and aren't so much concerned with actual bar contact. January 27, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by How did I live without these? I've been using these grips for about 6 weeks now and I absolutely LOVE them. My hands were getting all torn up from lifting. I'm not a fan of wearing gloves and don't like the pressure that wraps put on my wrists so these grips were the perfect solution for me. It's worth mentioning that I bought a pair for a friend of mine a couple weeks ago and she loves them too but said they did start to slip on her when she got real sweaty. I'm not a real big sweater so they've never failed for me. January 27, 2015
Rated 3 out of 5 by Good grip for push and curl exercises I used them curling, benching and military and they added that not slip grip which made me feel that i had better control of the weight. I tried using them for deadlifts and reverse curls and had the opposite effect. December 15, 2014
Rated 2 out of 5 by Good grip, bad shape and material. This works great for when lifting no matter what;yet, the material is not the best. It lost its shape after a couple of sessions at the gym ad sweats when it's supposed to not do so and make it easier for you to grasps onto weights. December 3, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by Saw similiar product on Shark Tank. Product provides more support for the hands when performing exercises such as; bench press, shoulder press, associated exercises. The only negative is the surface that is in contact with the hands has ribs, and under pressure, leaves indents in hands. Also, I prefer leather gloves when performing push-ups, pull-ups, and curls due to the welts left on the hands from the pressure. December 3, 2014
