Versatile and sturdy
The main reason for purchasing this bench was to allow me to use the smith bar for shoulder presses and still have my back supported. Most utility benches have you seated to far forward without enough base clearance to get the bench back to a point where the smith bar can be used. This worked great! Plus the back rest is cut lower than most benches. This allows me to lean back slightly during shoulder presses and take some of the stress off the joint. Very pleased with this purchase.

Great Product
This was a perfect gift for someone who didn't have room for a full bench but wanted support to work out with dumbbells. Easy to assemble and well made parts.
