does it's job
The first time i got on it the safety strap broke. Why the buckle on a safety strap would be made of plastic, I'll never know. I called the company and they said they would send us a new one with a metal buckle, but have yet to receive it. It does serve the purpose for the reason I bought it, but the area that secures the ankle is very uncomfortable and makes it unable to hang for too long. The back board itself is very comfy. I personal wanted to return it right away but my husband thinks it would cost more in the long run to return it and try to get our money back.
