I have a pretty bad lower back with my L5/S1 vertebrae being almost fused together so I have been looking for a product that will help with relieving pain and possibly elongating my back to my natural form. The Teeter Hang Ups P3 Back Stretcher does a pretty good job at doing this. I have only been using it for about 2 weeks now and I definitely feel improvement when performing the stretch, time will tell though on how much because the more you use it the better the back should become. I would recommend this product to others, not only because it has worked so far, but because it's also easily transportable.

The Teeter Hangups P3 Back Stretcher was purchased at Dick's Sporting Goods after I purchased the Teeter Inversion Table nine months before. I went to the store to actually see the product. It is on the website but not carried in the store. The sales person entered all the information and ordered it for me. The shipping was free, and it arrived within a week. The inversion table is great, but it is not something you can take with you when you go away for the weekend or leave on vacation. The P3 back stretcher is the answer that will assure my comfort. The stretch that it gives is not as intense as being inverted, but surprisingly it does give you a stretch that is comparable. This stretcher will go with me whenever I am gone for more than a couple of nights. It is light and can be packed in a suitcase. It is very portable.

Have not had it very long, but it seems to be working as promised. Fast shipping is also a plus.

Bought the stretcher for my husband who has sciatica and lower back pain. He does a series of exercises & uses the stretcher twice a day as recommended by his physical therapist. He is very satisfied and has lot less pain.
