Will not handle a 17" laptop as advertised The construction of the backpack was very good, but I had to return the backpack because the laptop compartment was too small for my 17" HP laptop. I was able to get it zipped with the laptop in the compartment, but it was way too tight and I was afraid the zipper would rip out, especially after I added a few text books and such. great backpack! I love this backpack! It is very cute and works for either gender. I am a college student and it works great for that! It fits about three of my binders each are 1 inch and has great pocket space. My laptop is a tight sqeeze. The bag is comfortable and not heavy. It's also easy on the back with all my heavy books!
