Good shin guards, could do better with velcro strap
My son likes these shin guards as they are easy to put on and they protect his shins and ankles. However, they tends to irritate his leg because the velcro strap is not sized to hold the guard in place for smaller legs. The product design needs to have a greater coverage of the elastic with the loop portion of velcro. This way the strap can be snugly fitted without irritating the leg.

Durable but not comfortable.
These are made well but elastic bottom is uncomfortable. Better solution is regular sock with internal slot for shin guard.

Great for tiny legs!
My 4 yo daughter weighs barely 30 lbs and his skinny long legs. The xs size fits her perfectly. Bc of the stirrup heel to keep them in the correct place you may have to buy one size bigger in the cleats.

Good for Newbie
We bought the shoes, ball and shin guards in a combo package. My son is seven and this was perfect. We spent around $35.00 for the whole thing. If you are more sophisticated, these might seem cheap. At first, I did not buy socks to go over the shin guards and he got made fun of by one of the parents so we bought the socks too but they were not included in the deal and again, we are unsophisticated soccer players. Who knew?

The shin gaurds have ankle protection too which is vey helpful at this age.

Digs in
I don't recommend this brand because while it does serve it's purpose the shinguards tend to dig in to my little man's leg which makes it uncomfortable for him. But they work fine.
