An excellent stable shoe at a good price
I use this as a training shoe and occasionally in longer races. Good stability for its weight.

Good shoe at a good price
Good support and fit. I have flat feet and this shoe seems to work well for me so far. I have mostly walked in the shoes to date, but have done some running as well.

ASICS Delivers Performance
I use ASICS sneakers for cross-training; running, elliptical work, rowing and stationary biking. They provide comfort and support for all those activities. The Gel technology in the forefoot and the heel provides protection from numbness, which can occur when using stationary fitness equipment. I have no comments of a negative nature concerning the product.
