Rated 3 out of 5 by bassmaster95 mixed thoughts If the soft bait was a little stronger those would be great the actuality of fish but they break very easy that's the only problem you can rig them in many different styles which is nice too July 8, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by fishbait Smallmouth Great bait for the new river. But now that the new river is a Muskie river it's difficult to catch a smallmouth of size on any bait. June 30, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by hrdrockker40 By far my favorite plastic Monster hits. The giant slug with the skirt is a smashing success in the north east. I use the blk/blue and it's a monster. Texas rig it. It can go literally anywhere. Always have a couple of bags. My #1 lure. It's awesome pulling across pads. June 1, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by tommyboy need correct hooks for this product I typically use the Yamamoto worms for bass in local lakes and bought this product on the recommendation from a local fisherman I met while fishing. He loves this product so I gave it a shot - the hooks I had in my bag where not big enough to go through the body and have enough showing for a good hook set - I got the hits but had trouble connecting. I will purchase better suited hooks and give it another shot in the near future. May 21, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by "Set the Hook" Catches a lot of fish and casts well Has good weight and sinks well. Great action!! Easy to rig on circle or regular hook. March 12, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Tom Outstanding Got my all time record Largemouth on this thing, 9 lbs., 12 oz. I rig it skirt side up using 5/0 offset worm hook. Have been trying several different colors and all seem to produce. My fishing buddy calls this the "Cheating Lure" as it always seems to produce. Bass smaller than 1/2 lb. have slammed this lure. Very rarely get a small hit. I use 8 lb. braid and these things cast farther than any soft plastic I've used. This lure weighs 1/2 oz. You will not be disappointed trying these. October 2, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by brisbin Works good Product worked good - a little better than your average rubber worm - got a lot of hits/bites but failed to land any big bass that day, but that's not the worm's fault, is it? August 6, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Hunterfisherman Attracts fish, vicious hits Purchased the black IKA soft bait. I must be using the wrong hook. Everytime it's in the water it gets smashed. I have yet to land one of these monsters. It seems to need an extra wide gap hook. It is made of very dense material, sinks well but I think the toughness of the material may be obstructing the hook sets. It definitely attracts fish. July 31, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Tom Best Yamamoto Yet Was looking for a bulkier soft plastic lure that would cast far. Not only will this IKA cast a mile, but seems to catch bass when other soft plastics are being ignored. I hook it through the skirt end, cast and let it sink, and it sinks fast. If it doesn't get slammed on the fall,I retrieve as slow as possible, making it look alive. This bait has worked better for me than any other soft plastic. You won't be dissapointed trying these.
