Patagonia Men's Roving Pants 5 5 1 1
Rugged and practical A great pant--the only one I wear these days--except in the supercold weather. Very comfortable, quick drying, lots of pockets to carry your stuff--from a cell phone and wallet to eyeglasses, sunglasses, keys and maps. The newer model has button down side pockets--the older ones were zippered (which I liked better). The waistband contains some stretch, which I find makes the pant fit nicely even without a belt (but, because I carry so much stuff in the pockets, I always use a belt). I've got 5 pairs and use them for long hikes and work around the house. They have a nice sharp look, so you can wear them out to eat also. March 26, 2013
