Damaged product
I was really looking forward to receiving this item, however the product I received was damaged and of poor quality. I could not believe it was not caught by quality control prior to being shipped. I did not have any problem with returning the defective merchandise to Dick's but I will not order anything online from them again. Pearl Izumi makes great cycle gear, it is a shame this defective item was shipped to a customer.
