Well made and comfortable.
Needed new tennis shoes after motorcycle accident and found these New Balance were great . Love that they were made in America. Lots of details in shoes , they look and feel great . Also love that they are very stable.

Perennial reliability...
I spent 26 years in the Army. Our physical fitness regimen was intense by necessity. From the beginning of the 990 series many years ago, until present, I've found them to be lightweight, extremely durable, and comfortable...like they were actually part of my body. I've tried no other because you just don't vary from perfection.
The sales associate at Dick's was knowledgeable, and customer-oriented. I'm an HR Director now. I know exceptional customer service when I see it.
I will shop at Dick's in St. Joseph again because of this young man.

Great Running Shoe
I've used this shoe model line for years and years. It's nice to be able to get a good running shoe that's not bright orange or pink. I like that it's low key, but still reflects light so you are visible at night. It's very comfortable. It's feels better than every other shoe I've ever run in. I hate paying $150 for a sneaker, but the truth is, I've bought $70 sneakers and they only last me two months. These usually last me 6 to 8 months. So I'm actually saving money. I love these sneaks. I have osteoarthritis from a bad ankle break, that left one leg a hair shorter than the other, and everything with my gait all screwed up. I used these before that, and I continue to use them after. These are the only sneakers that make running after my break feel like running before my break.

Great Supporting Shoes
Highly recommend this shoe if you have an ankle or foot issues. I have had many foot and ankle surgeries and this are best for ankle support anti-pronation. I have owned 2 pairs so far. I wear them everyday and last about 4 to 5 months.
