Rated 1 out of 5áby me not a good purchase
I bought this bike Feb. 2013 as part of rehab after hip surgery. Had to have it repaired after using it for about 3 weeks because the resistance setting wouldn't work; showed being on 1 but was more like 10. Then I used it for about a month after it was repaired and then I wasn't able to use it for several months due to other problem with hip. After my 2nd surgery, I was back to using it for rehab. That lasted about 3 weeks again. Same issue with the restistance not being correct.
I do not recommend this product.

Rated 4 out of 5áby Dutch Good Value Product
It is early but to date we are pleased with the product. Only one complaint--there is no serial number we can find and we have looked all over the product. Therefore, the warranty registration is impossible.
NEED HELP ON THE MISSSING SERIAL NUMBER!!

This bike is a piece of junk. I've had it for just under a year and this is my third service call. The console has also been replaced. The company just shipped the console to me expecting me to install it. The bike broke again within two weeks of "service" and has mostly been collecting dust. This company has serious quality issues. The tag price was $549 last year - fall 2012. Did the price of plastic go up to justify the price increase?

Rated 5 out of 5áby Tech29 Love it thus far
I purchased this bike for rehab after knee surgery, I used it a few weeks before my surgery to build muscle before the surgery, and it has taken me about three weeks to be able to use it after the surgery. If you need zero resistance all, you have to do is pedal backwards, then when ready for resistance it will go to a 1 pedaling forward. I'm 6' 4" and to be able to straighten my leg. I needed something that the seat would move back far enough for me to accomplish this. This bike did that, plus there is easy access to get on and off the bike because there isn't a bar or other things to have to step over. The bike is comfortable and seems to be well made.

Rated 4 out of 5áby love2garden Works great
I love the bike. It works great. A few things I do not like about it is the smell of the seats. The smell is very overpowering. My husbands believes it smells like mold, but I think the product they used to make the plastic is just very very strong.
The seat angle could be a little bit better, more like the professional gyms use. But other than that overall, I like it. I like the fan. Sometimes I forget that it has one until I get overheated then remember the fan.

Rated 5 out of 5áby mandolin mia I loved the bike
This bike was easy to understand, and worked wonderful. It gave me a good, low impact work out, and has a tone of features. I just used the free ifit sign up and it all worked fine. The bike has 34 different works out built in and 4 you can modify yourself. It is well worth the money and your body will thank you.

Rated 2 out of 5áby Rockymtnrawhide Nice bike, but quality seems to be sub par
I purchased this bike with very high expectations. However, iFit is a nightmare to deal with and I pretty much gave up on the iFit. Now, 3 months later, a mysterious thump has surfaced..very aggravating. I am considering selling the bike and going with my first choice of exercise bike.

This bike is perfect for my in-home exercise area. It is quiet, smooth, and provides a good workout -- as good as I could get at a gym. It has program options, which I haven't tried yet, as I am still getting used to exercising regularly. It has an mp3 input & speakers which I don't use because I use headphones and I watch movies. There are two accessory holders where I keep the remote controls. The little fan does a good job. The timer, heart rate sensor, distance, speed monitors all work well. The one thing that was a little hard to figure out is that when you start up, it says it is on level one, but until you increase it to another level and then back it down, it is hard to pedal, so the default level is maybe 4 or 5.
The instructions say it takes two people to assemble it, which is correct. A ratchet set is much better than the allen wrenches that come with it. As long as you follow the directions it is not that hard to put together.
My husband and I are bothing using it. It is very easy to adjust the seat with the lever (no holes and pins). It doesn't make any noise at all and doesn't disturb the other person.

Rated 4 out of 5áby MARK22 We like this product.
The bike was very easy to assemble. Easy to connect to the internet. We chose the I-Fit Free sign-up for now. The machine itself is very quiet. The electric cooling fan is a bit noisy on high, but cools well.
