Rated 2 out of 5†by Not exactly product pictured Apparently Valor does not consider making changes to their products worthy of changes in model number. The product I received does not exactly match up with the images on Dick's website, other shopping sites, or Valor's own website. For that matter it did not even match the assembly instructions or parts lists. Most of this was minor cosmetic things such as there is an extra side support bar on the floor. Although that does change the dimensions of the area needed slightly, so if you're extremely tight on space take note of that. My main issue with the differences between the CC-4 I received and what's been pictured is that it has a standard plate post not an olympic post. My primary reason for going with this particular model to begin with was so that I could just use my olympic plates with a leg curl machine instead of buying new plates just for it. Clearly I was in for a surprise. Valor's website claims it works with either because it's actually a sleeve adaptor for Olympic plates. Except I didn't get one and it wasn't even listed on the parts list so I don't think it was missing. On top of all that, the whole two arm pivot design is a disappointment. The weight of your legs and the arm are enough that there's practically no resistance moving the weight plates on the other arm. I've got to put the on the 150lb max just to do leg curls without my legs just flopping down with zero effort. All in all, steer clear of this one. January 31, 2014
