The ball return is adequate but the mat fails to give real sense of any type of putting roll. The turf used is too bumpy due to rolls that seem not to flatten out even after a 2 week period of laid out flat. Also the turf is too inconsistent in areas causing the ball to roll to the left so the alignment marking on the mat is useless.

Ball return is unreliable and will stop working properly in under 100 returns. Don't waste your money very cheap.

Grass was poorly installed so the ball wouldn't drop down into the return chute. After leaving in the sun for several hours wrinkles from folding still would not relax out and leaving on floor over night still didn't flatten out the grass.

Good product. I have enjoyed using it. One issue is when first purchased, the mat has some serious creases from being wrapped in a box. Took a couple of days lying upside down and the creases almost disappeared. I use the small creases as hazards on the putting green which improves my putt.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Josh The worst putting practice aid you can buy. WASTE OF MONEY
I got this for my birthday and was so excited to try it out, but quickly learned how much of a waste it was. The "green" is a cheap rug and the rest is flimsy plastic. You have to plug it in, and the ball return is awful. It worked well the first 40 putts or so (except for shooting the ball really fast and hard) but then it just quit, it hardly works on its own and it hurts your hand to fix it. This is the second day I've had it and it is already breaking down. I told my parents that it was way to junky for $50. The box may look nice, but inside is a piece of JUNK! DO NOT BUY!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by Mike7540 Junk... Do not buy
As others have stated, this is a piece of junk. The carpet is very cheap and has several wrinkles that will not come out. One end of the carpet looks like it was super glued to the plastic base and it was starting to pull away.. Bottom line, do not buy... There are much better options.
I wish I could have given zero stars!

You get what you pay for. The carpet is wrinkled and made from a very cheap material, the balls gets stuck in the hole. And the ball ejector shoots the ball out all over the place. I would never buy this item again.

I had to return it. That's how bad it was. The carpet was glued to the base off allignment making the hole smaller and blocking the balls from entering return channel. It was a case of very shabby workmanship and non-existent quality control.
