Product not as warm then talk up to be. I was unhappy with the product.....thought that buying this jacket that it could keep me more warmer then to buy down feather puffy coat. But the next day I worn it and it was about 40 degrees I didn't feel the warmth and comfort that I could of gotten if I bought a north face down feather puffy coat. I was very disappointed. Cute Jacket BUT... I tried this jacket on in the store in black and loved the style (very flattering), but wanted white, so ordered it on line. The jacket is adorable but the material is so thin that the dark down feathers showed right through and made the jacket look like it was dirty in spots. I was very disappointed because I love the style and the light weight of this jacket, but I certainly don't want a jacket that looks like it needs to be washed all the time. Unfortunately I had to return and keep shopping. January 24, 2013
Had it After ordering the jacket from the maker received email they were out of stock. Only place that had it was Dicks and they assured me it would be here before Christmas which it was. Good customer service. January 9, 2013
Perfect! This jacket is exactly what I was looking for....not bulky, lightweight and warm. I was deciding between a North Face and this jacket...all the North Face jackets I tried were too bulky.
