Columbia Men's Lhotse Mountain II Omni-Heat Interchange Jacket 4.5 5 6 6
3 Great Jackets in 1 I've owned this jacket for a month now and it has really impressed me so far. Living in the Ohio Valley in February I've had a chance to ware all three configurations of this jacket in the span of a week. The Omni-Tech Shell holds off the wind, snow and rain very well, an elastic skirt can be fastened together at the base of the shell for additional wind resistance/heat conservation. The placement of the front pockets are a little higher than I am used to on a jacket, and i have tired to put my hands in the vents searching for the pocket. Also the hood wants to unzip itself a bit, not major issues but notable nonetheless. The Omni-Heat liner is very comfortable in chilly weather (35-50F), and holds off the wind very well. If you reverse the liner it looks like a mirror ball, which is awesome. The two zip together easily and snap at the sleeves and collar. The combo is slightly snug on me (6' 195lbs wearing a XL), but still comfortable and it works very well. Average value unless you get it on sale, I bought mine when Dick's offered 40% off. A great coat This coat was exactly what I was looking for and the price was better than one could hope for. The product was perfect as described and detailed. Everything went well with the purchase. It was delivered in a very timely manner, three days I think. February 15, 2013
Good Jacket It's the best I've found so far and I tried many. It looks good, its warm and comfortable but I would change a couple of things if I could. I dont like the flap over the zipper with the annoying velcro and it would be better if there were chest pockets on both sides, not just one. February 14, 2013
Very well made The large was a little tight in the shoulder and chest area so I had to go with the XL and that was a little long in the sleeves, but I liked it so much I got it anyway. You really can't wear the full coat in the car or indoors (ex walking around in a store) because it gets too hot. This was made for outdoor activity and it works great outdoors! February 7, 2013
Great Winter Coat I replaced a 10 year old Columbia product that the zipper finally failed with this new Omni-Heat version. Love everything about the coat except the pockets. The pockets for your hands seem to be higher in the coat than you woud expect, but I can live with that. THe coat is nicely styled, has layers that can be seperated and has built in sleave cuffs that stop the cold from crawling up your arms. January 27, 2013
Excellent 3 in 1 coat Love all three combinations of this coat. I was nervous based on past experiences, but this coat is great. I use the lining the most for 30-45 degree weather. Below 30, I use both coats. And above 45, I use the outer layer. I bought an XXL since I am tall (6'3" and 240 lbs) so fits great in sleeves and body. Outer coat is a little bug without inner layer, but not terrible. I highly recommend this coat. January 15, 2013
