Bought this as a gift after I was given one earlier in the year. Both myself and my mom love ours. It's great if you love to work out and is also very fashionable as well.

i love the Nike watch but does not hold up. It falls apart fast. This is the third one. I thought I would give it one last chance. Since I like it so much.

If you are a competitor you really need to have one of these. I have not tried any others because I am very selective when it comes to my sport gear. So far so good ! I will have to wait over time in order to judge the durability of it. Great sport watch to have. Especially for self motivated people.

I have been using Nike+ shoe pods with my iPod Nano for several years and love using the Nike+ website to track all my running activity. Last year I started looking into get ting a Nike+ Sport Watch with GPS. I was really excited about it because in addition to being able to track my running with GPS I could continue to use my shoe pod for indoor runs and have it support my runs where satellite connectivity is an issue, and I could also add a heart rate monitor and do away with the separate unit I was using for that. Everything worked great for several months than I noticed that the pace on the watch was cutting out when using the shoe pod, I figured is was the shoe pod?s battery so I bought a new one, I continued to have the same issue. I tried to solve the issue myself by doing factory resets of the watch and doing calibration runs for the shoe pods, but nothing worked. I called Nike and told them my issue they couldn?t figure out why I was having the issue and offered to exchange the watch. I received the replacement watch after sending them my original, in a reasonable amount of time. But, even with the new watch I continued to have the same issues, I again did factory resets to the watch and calibration runs for the 2 shoe pods I now have. I even tried using my iPod again but had the same issues with it. During my runs the display for my pace comes and goes and it seems the same is happening with the iPod. After my workouts my pace for both devices and both shoe pods show paces that are both faster than I ran and as well as much slower, this is also causing my final distances to also be incorrect. I contacted Nike again to try and fix the issue; to me it seems to be a software or firmware issue since I am using multiple devices and 2 different shoe pods and the issue started all of a sudden. I talked with one of their service representatives for a while, he asked me many questions and checked on several things on his end without result. Then he asked if I was using Nike+ compatible shoes, which I do not because I have not had a pair of them that I like or can run in over time. I use a pocket made by a company Nathan made for Nike shoe pods that straps to the laces on your shoes, I have used them for 6 or 7 years without issue and with pace and distance accuracy. After the rep found this out about my shoes he starts trying to sell me Nike+ compatible shoes and eluding to not taking care of my issue with their product. This even though I have a pair of trail shoes made by Adidas that does have the space in the sole for the Nike shoe pod and have the same issue when running with them. I do know most of the reviews for the Nike+ watches are positive and even professional reviews are good, and I had a good experience with it for a while. But Nike is not supporting their product with the issue I am having after I bought the watch, multiple shoe pods over the years, and the heart rate monitor. I hate to do it but I guess I will just have to switch to a Garmin for my tracking my running and cardio activity.

My son and I both own one of these watching. We log in between 80-120 miles per month . The lens on my son's watch began fogging first then quit working completely. Mine did the same about two months later. Watches were purchased about two months apart and lasted approximately 14 months. Too bad Nike can't make this watch work longer than this. Otherwise, the watch works really well. Once it starts fogging, it will last about another two weeks then crater in the middle of a run.

I've been through four of these watches in two years. I think a running watch should have a little more stamina than that. Also, the watch is tight for larger wrists. Every watch that stopped working for me seemed to have allowed sweat or water to leak in to the case. Lens would start to fog and then watch would stop working, expected better from Nike. Save yourself some trouble and spend the extra money to get a Garmin.

This watch has a lot of great features, however, it only provides tracking and info for one type of workout. If you want to do an exercise video or any other type of at home workout it will not keep your stats for that and your outdoor/indoor running. I feel it should have the capability to do both.

This watch does exactly what I expected it to do. I have had it for two weeks and have run six 5ks with it and still have almost half a battery charge left. The encouraging messages at the end of runs and the firework graphics when I set a personal record are a very nice touch.
