IT Band Wrap Helps
I purchased this wrap online at the Dicks Sporting Goods store. I had bought a cheaper version at a running store which was of little help, but this neoprene band when placed in the right position helps to minimize IT Band pain. I would recommend it to anyone experiencing this problem.
